Mental Health Night

February 4th is Mental Health Night: Preventing Suicide in the Castle Rock Community at CVHS. This is an event we sponsored last year with great success - we really liked our speaker, Matt Vogl and invited him back. It will begin at 6:30 in our Auditorium and go about 90 minutes, including question and answer time.

Matt has a very compelling story about his own life and his work at the Denver Depression Center.
